we are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our presence within the hospitality industry by building strong relationships with clients and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, and cafes across the UAE.
- Identify and qualify new leads within the HoReCa sector.
- Present Tamween Solutions' products and services effectively, highlighting the value proposition for each client.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring achievement of individual and team targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to specific client needs.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the HoReCa industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the HoReCa sector in the UAE.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software a plus.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a strong advantage.
