• Stay updated on industry trends, new product developments, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the product assortment, including assortment planning, range optimization, and product lifecycle management.
• Lead and develop a team of category specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures.
