Tamween Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to spearhead our growth in the hotel and restaurant sectors. This role will focus on developing strategic sales initiatives, managing a high-performing sales team, and building strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve ambitious revenue targets for the hotel and restaurant segments.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives, fostering a high-performance and results-oriented sales culture.
- Establish and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers in the hotel and restaurant industries.
- Identify and qualify new sales leads, converting them into loyal customers through effective sales strategies.
- Conduct compelling product presentations that highlight the value proposition for hotel and restaurant clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability while exceeding customer expectations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the hotel and restaurant market dynamics, including competitor activities and trends.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with marketing and other departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated experience in hotel and restaurant sales, with a strong understanding of these sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and manage client expectations effectively.
- Leadership skills to motivate, coach, and develop a sales team.
- Experience with sales forecasting and reporting is a plus.
