Responsibilities
- Create and execute strategies to achieve sales and profit targets specific to dry food products.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities within the dry food category.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the availability of high-quality dry food products.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market share, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product developments, and regulatory requirements affecting dry food.
- Oversee product assortment, including planning, range optimization, and product lifecycle management.
- Lead and develop a team of category specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and procedures within the dry food category.
